I stamped the bag first, I masked that and stamped the dragon behind it. Masking allows you to stamp images that appear to overlap without having the lines show through.I embossed both of the stamped images with fine line black embossing powder. Both stamps are colored with colored pencils. The dragon's crown (not too clear in this photo) is punched out of holografic sticker paper.
